RE: Total bullshit legal fiction - volunteering in prison - to see what is it like if I was to expose the truth

The thing is, you can't "withdraw" from the legal fiction. Not really. If you're the father (or the mother), depending on the person's case, the suit will go forward against you anyway. You "withdrawing" is just you "not participating" which means "they" will place a "default" judgment against you anyway -- all on THEIR terms and you're subject to and liable for it.

Meaning:

  • They can take away the time you see you kid for.
  • They can assign you as much child support under applicable law as they want to along with BACK child support too.
  • That leads to them suspending various licenses, garnishing your wages and or place warrants for your arrest.
  • It doesn't change when you're child turns of legal age. They can come after you again later for college expenses and just tack it on to what you owe.
  • Kiss your passport goodbye.
  • After "their" statues of limitations run out, they simply send that gigantic balance to a collection agency -- and they take over doing the same thing, coming after every job you hold down for the rest of your life.

I hear ya. It's better mentally to just withdraw, but if you do that, "they" will literally do whatever they want to you through their legal systems and garnish whatever accounts and seize whatever assets you have.

The only way to opt-out? Live without bank accounts, driver's licenses, passports or an actual "residency" and then do your best to stay out of jail. Others have done it and are currently doing it. But your life will never be the same.
