Total bullshit legal fiction - volunteering in prison - to see what is it like if I was to expose the truth

Human rights

The hearing and judgment must be made public. Hearings can, however, be held in private where:

  • it can be shown to be necessary and proportionate and in the interest of morals, public order or national security in a democratic society
  • it is in the best interests of a child
  • it is required for the protection of the private life of the parties
  • it is strictly necessary in special circumstances where publicity, in the court’s opinion, would prejudice the interests of justice

I'm not going to change that.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Commission_on_Narcotic_Drugs

Commission on Narcotic Drugs is regarded more of a political commission as opposed to a group of experts, which is why many discussions and negotiations are not based on in-depth knowledge on drug policy issues. In addition, decisions taken within the CND are primarily outcomes of time-consuming political negotiations which need to result in a consensus, allowing policy perspectives to be pushed aside by political interests of certain stakeholders.

I'm not going to change that either.

I'm fucked, I shouldn't be engaging in the total bullshit legal fiction. This is not going anywhere, I really wish I didn't start on this path at all.

Total bullshit

There was a time when I was greatly suffering, but dying would be unfair towards everyone who wants to live.

Same here - going to prison for contempt of the court - would be so uncool - so many people want to get out of jail so going there voluntarily - that would be silly...

Need to find a better way!
