, i would like to notify everyone one us about the new development in pobstreet, we are going forward moving in the hive community for more recognition of the tribe we support.
There will be a task that will be dropped with duration of time limit the task is to promote our beloved tribe, like #proofofbrain, #leofinance, #verifyyourbrain and hive in general and after the task has been met you drop the proof and you will be curated.
thus, this initiative is in conjunction with @onealfa so the there will be enough reward to compensate our beloved members
Topics will be dropped weekly from the previous pobstreet topics and everyone should write a post on it with #pobstreet tagging @onealfa and @insight.pob.
i would like the leaders of proofofbrain.io and verifyyoubrain @scholaris.pob @trostparadox @proofofbrainio @vyb.vyb @calumam @leprechaun to provide the twitter handle of the community and if possible other social media accounts for more publicity.
I am a fresh newbie, and am still navigating my way around. I wanted to share how I found hive/evency/pob. My brother @bobthebuilder2 told me about it during random times over conversations on Marco Polo, but I didnt grasp what needed to be done until we actually sat down in person so he could walk me through things. I get advice from him for places to check out. I like seeing challenges to do because it is giving me direction on things I can do while becoming more familiar with the platform. I know that @scholaris has some WOTW challenges I have discovered that are fun. I like the idea of tasks and challenges to do.
That's how it starts... then you pay it forward...

It's high time we move the community to a greater height, I like the way ONEALFA is going about this business, he's giving back and encouraging a lot of others to grow in the process.
I'm in, I'll try my best to be part of this new initiative, I hope it achieves the desired aim.
Just saying it...@jerrybanfield advertised the crud out of steem in 2017, which is how I found it in the first place. Posting a solid front on Twitter will require a common tag and it can't be too spammy. With a 100%upvote from some whales like the alpha, it would compensate for money spent on advertising. For instance, I paid $30 to get a shirt to promote Hive at a Tony Robbins event. Advertising on YouTube would cost me about $40 in editing costs and ad exposure costs around $100+minimum. A Twitter campaign will get some views. A paid advertising campaign will likely be much more effective. When Jerry was doing it with steem, he'd get $100 upvotes to pay for it.
I've been asking for a while for a way to get a link where I can refer people in a way that I will be set as the new person's beneficiary 5-10%. This could be a limited time thing or a 0.5-1% lifetime beneficiary thing. If I had that, I'd pay for the campaign myself. When I tried using hive.blog's referral program, which was set up the way I described, it is no longer signing people up. I've got money to use, but I'm a business man...I have a few degrees in it even...
moving forward we will get to this point of paid ads, and anyone who promote their content with the proofofbrain tag or vyb tag will receive enough upvote that will cover more that the about he or she has spent i will like the discussion with the admins and we will work on it.
i think this how we can bring more people in alot of people need to see this community outside.
The next question, then, is what would you be willing to pay for in an ad? Just a talking head? Or a funny video..."This is your brain...This is your brain on 'Proof of Brain'"?

As long as it brings genuine engagement/content, all good. POBSTREET needs an upgrade, at the minute it's just a handful of asslickers saying the same shit on a different day awaiting the "master", imo (very interesting example of upvote abuse, depending on perspective).

I'm not changing the project but this is additional each account will be backed with twitter account to enter most of the contest. task like retweet, follow comments writing a post and also linking it to twitter.
if we can have 50 account with that tag of proofofbrain on twitter i thing it will bring more awareness of the community.
and i bet this will be damn difficult for fake people everyone will become real, to enter the task you have to follow some people in this community.
i will drop the topic to write on and there will be room for suggesting topic also but it will by no means stop #pobstreet

Why do you think Twitter will be so effective as to tell people in a country where it is illegal to use it to go around their country's laws/ regulations? That may not be your intention, but it's the first thing that came to my mind. I haven't used Twitter in years. I use YouTube quite a bit and try to never use Facebook. I wouldn't mind doing a video ad campaign on YouTube or Instagram where I go on both. Even TikTok would be ok.
