RE: Overcoming Loneliness

in #psychology7 years ago

There are times when a person feels the need to be alone in a quiet place, whether it is to channel a hobby like reading a book, or in order to think clearly. But spending too much time alone can create a sense of loneliness. And loneliness can be bad for your mental and physical health. While the word loneliness often implies a sense of alienation coupled with a great desire to have friends.nice @lifenbeauty
