RE: I don't mind, really - feeling vs feelings

What a great question.
Imagine waves in the ocean, they move along gently until they ocean floor rises and the volume of water no longer fits in the space so it is forced upwards and breaking waves are created.

We can feel the movement in the water and it contains information that allows our biology to respond (Contract and release) gracefully.

Or we contract out of synch with reality - to our non graceful stories - this creates breaking waves and turbulence - it may make us feel powerful for bit, but our biology can no longer feel accurately the waves that were moving before we interrupted flow. So it responds to the noise we have created instead.

The turbulence we create effects others and we are also effected by the turbulence of others, it is a language.

When we can distinguish between the what is human generated turbulence and what is nature, then we can return to grace. If we judge the human turbulence as noise and somehow wrong, we end up back in story.

There is no morality or judgement in sensation, for that is mind also.
Sensation includes sensing the turbulence of emotion, but by not making it personal we can avoid getting swept away with it. We can stay with the underlying grace of nature.

The dedication to do so is a kind of faith, but a faith without rules, words or ridged methods.
It is more like a love that sets no conditions
The love of being alive and intrinsic to this vast and richly moving world.

Thank you!
