I sometimes don't eat breakfast. I find that if I make sure to stop eating 2-4 hours before bedtime, I don't usually need breakfast. However, if I don't, I will feel nauseous in the morning and need food to fix that. I assume that's because I went to bed while processing the food, and that resulted in blood glucose levels that were too high, but I'm not sure.

That sounds like a good idea and, as long as your health improves, it may work for you. Just be sure to consult with an expert periodically to make sure there are no bad side effects. :)
When I lived in Indonesia, we mostly ate freshly made food from our kitchen. It's not quite as easy here, with all the temptations of easy cooking, but I try to make sure we avoid a lot of processed crap (except desserts, which I don't have the time to make). Is it still easy there to make everything from scratch?
I hope that the typhoons aren't messing up the farmer's markets!

Its easy to make everything here from scratch but not to the affected areas, those places that typhoons most often visit.
But those regions that are safe from typhoons would simply distribute goods to those affected areas, just helping each other.
I've never consulted any doctor for more than a decade now. And I'm very grateful. I guess of too much searching and reading and watching videos online and my mind just occupied with those thoughts that made me think at the start, "Why not not eat meat for the whole year?" I guess it all starts with the mind and when the mind is already full, it could not carry anymore and slowly then gradually those thoughts would turn into action with less effort.
When I already tried eating no meat for the whole year, it deed really improve my health. And many other changes I tried and the the recent development was when I gave up eating breakfast. Either I eat meat or not, as long as I don't eat breakfast, it would fine for me.

It works for me at present but I don't how long this will work. Maybe 50 or 60 years or so? Maybe only 5 years.

When I see a person physically fit (maybe in the appearance), those who workout regularly in the gym, how long will they last or will they reach a hundred years?
I saw a video of Arnold Schwarzenegger the other day doing his regular gym workout at 71. I guess he was trying hard but I could see his weakness at that age.
Well, just keep in mind that around the age of 45-50, your body starts to go into decline, so you'll have to change what you're doing to meet the new needs. There was a famous fitness expert here in the US, Jack Lalanne (http://jacklalanne.com/). I remember when he was in his 70s or so he did an impressive stunt to show how fit he was; as I recall, it involved swimming and pulling a bunch of boats behind him.
The name Jack Lalanne is not familiar to me but the famous people that were inspired by him I'd known like Arnold Schwarzenegger, Clint Eastwood and many others.
