Meu recomeço!
Depois de algumas tentativas, estou de volta. Não estou competindo com ninguém, só quero ser melhor que ontem.
Pra você que ainda não encontrou forças para se exercitar, minha dica é começar devagar.Se acostumar a estar na academia, com a rotina, com o horário, e escutar seu corpo.
Não adianta ir com muita cede ao pote. Primeiro vem a vontade, a coragem está no primeiro passo.
Opa exercícios são primordiais para uma boa saúde há quem ache que apenas dieta são necessárias mas se não tivermos um programa para queimar as calorias acredito que o corpo de acostuma e a dieta deixa de fazer o efeito necessário. Bem vinda novamente e assim como os exercícios a arte de postar diariamente é um compromisso. Se você tem força de vontade para romper com a preguiça corporal é ora de romper com a preguiça intelectual.
Estudos afirmam que é preciso algo entre 45 e 90 dias de repetição para uma atividade virar rotina.
Demorei muitos anos tentando e pagando academia para não ir ate conseguir uma forma de ir consistentemente e transformar em rotina, hoje acordo, faço minhas coisas em casa e vou para a academia de forma automatica.

Obrigada pela força. Por muito tempo estava no automático, mas fiquei 2 meses me recuperando de uma cirurgia... aí desandou...
Exercícios são essenciais para saúde mesmo, tem que malhar muito para não virar uma gelatina.
