Acupuncture is a great way to deal with all sorts of PTSD. I deal with combat-related PTSD (very mild) but work stress-related PTSD is as bad, if not worse.
There is a form of acupuncture that has been brought in from Mongolia that has helped many women (and men) with abuse-related PTSD.
If you are hesitant to try it, please realize that the acupuncturist (like a doctor) is dedicated to helping you. The needles don't really hurt at all. You can just feel them go in. They can also massage and give you natural Chinese herbs if you don't want to get stuck. Needles are just 1/4 of Oriental Medicine.
