What a fine, inspired post. (And it's great to discover just where you get your inspiration. :-) )
In these 2 brief vids, you express some profound, almost mystical truths. And all within the context of this great platform.
On Steemit, we can (hopefully) leave behind all the false selves and shallow identities so prevalent on other social network sites. And we can establish and develop a grand community of souls who can find, be, and express their genuine, "authentic" identities. We should strive for nothing less.
Regarding your scorn for greed, I could not agree more. The way I see it, greed always fails.
And in fact, we can even say that greed IS failure. If someone has attained anything through greed and selfishness, we can honestly declare that he has failed. (Of course, that is not to say that attaining wealth or prizes or glory or anything of the sort is necessarily the result of greed, or in any way wrong.)
(p.s. In my long, ongoing search for my "authentic" self, the one great thing I did was stop smoking. I have, however, kept drinking, albeit in moderation. For good reason.)
Full Steem Ahead.
