We all have seen peacocks for sure... but in their natural habitat they are even more beautiful. And for this week's Qurator's Photo Friday Competition, a photo taken in Uda Wallawa National Park, in Sri Lanka, where a lonely male peacock was enjoying the view.
The amount of wild peacocks in the park was incredible, and more often than not, we would see a male displaying his plummage for whoever wanted to see... maybe this one was taking a break from all the show-off!

Peacock is a majestic creature, I would love to see one!
During my trip to Sri Lanka was the first time I saw them in the nature where they belong... and they were all over! :)

Canon SX 50 HS. É uma bridge. Tenho a desvantagem de não poder trocar lentes, mas sacrifico versatilidade e qualidade das fotos por uma máquina simples de transportar... e 50x zoom óptico! E os novos modelos já passam dos 60x!
Essas são excelentes principalmente no zoom óptico, e a qualidade é muito boa tb, mas agora referiste um ponto bastante importante, principalmente para quem não faz disto vida, a versatilidade... dou por mim a deixar a minha na prateleira e a usar o télélé.... vergonhoso :(
