Ingredients
- 1 slice of bread;
- ¼ – ½ avocado;
- 1 tablespoon canned or boiled beans;
- 2-3 cherry tomatoes;
- 1-2 sprigs of parsley or other herbs;
- salt to taste;
- ground black pepper to taste.
Cooking
Dry the bread lightly in a dry pan. Puree the avocado with a fork or other convenient method and spread on a slice.
Put beans and tomato halves on top. Sprinkle the sandwich with chopped herbs, salt and pepper.
