Well I would say the creator created this world where worthiness itself exists. It is the creator that defines the concept itself otherwise it wouldn't exist. In other words, he created the atmosphere where worthiness could exist.
For example, is a heroin addict worthy of a loan from the bank? Probably not because he will likely kill himself by overdose after he blows it all on more heroin. He would not be worthy for his own sake. The defining entity of all virtues can't be more worthy if you ask me.
I see the creator as the infinite consciousness--or source of consciousness as a fundamental aspect of reality--that existed in the void before space and time.
With all that being said, making a mistake by worshiping the lesser created entities could be very harmful and it is hard to know what is going on, on the side of the veil. We must be very diligent to seek the truth. Between all the contradictions in the world's religions, only one can be correct (or more correct than the others). There is only one reality in other words.
What makes you say he cannot figure out his own emotions?
I think if it wants worship then it is for emotional reasons.
I hope I'm not offending you in any way. The God topic can be very touchy for some people. I enjoy the discussions so disregard me if I make you uncomfortable in any way.
I guess what I'm trying to get at is that these other entities can derive power from our worship that will mostly likely be disadvantageous or harmful to us. Since we must be worshiping something, that worship should go toward the ultimate creator for our own good. I'm sure God might like it, but it is more for us than it is for him.
Ultimately we can't even fathom the true experience of the creator and that makes it very hard to make any kind of absolute assertion about him with certainty unless he decides to share that aspect with us.
I'm not at all offended. I'm not religious.
Why must we be worshipping something? My argument is that we don't need to worship and if people do, it is because they are being tricked by more evolved beings.
I think if the creator exists it would not want worship, it has much more intelligence than to request it.
I think worship is a product of religious people projecting their desires onto their god being/ creator.
