There is much to be enjoyed in religion.
Community, ethics, learning, reading.......
Then there is worship.
This is the part of religion no one questions. Why does this happen?
The religion will always have order in the substructure. There is usually a god, or gods
then the priests, then the people and after that probably animals. This order gives birth to
a number of concepts, one being worship.
Worship being requested by a loving parent figure is pretty strange.....
Do your parents ask you to worship them when you visit?
This being overlooked is motivating me to write this article.
The reason religion involves worship is because advanced beings use
the energy given in the worship process for their sciences.
They literally use it like we use water or any useful material.
Religion is designed to harvest our energy for use by more evolved people.
Thats it.
The dark stuff that happens in religion is other sects leveraging already
existing machinery for their own gains.

Interesting idea.
If there is a single creator of the universe, what if we are always worshiping something whether we are conscious of it or not (for instance worshiping ourselves) then it may make sense to only worship the one creator that is worthy of worship. Just my two cents.
Hi patriot-thoughts!
Interesting. When is something worthy of worship? What are the requirements to be worshipped?
If the creator is smart enough to create everything, why is it not smart enough to figure out its emotions?
I'm interested in someones point of view who believes in the god idea, who thinks worship is beneficial.
Pray and find out for yourself!
Well I would say the creator created this world where worthiness itself exists. It is the creator that defines the concept itself otherwise it wouldn't exist. In other words, he created the atmosphere where worthiness could exist.
For example, is a heroin addict worthy of a loan from the bank? Probably not because he will likely kill himself by overdose after he blows it all on more heroin. He would not be worthy for his own sake. The defining entity of all virtues can't be more worthy if you ask me.
I see the creator as the infinite consciousness--or source of consciousness as a fundamental aspect of reality--that existed in the void before space and time.
With all that being said, making a mistake by worshiping the lesser created entities could be very harmful and it is hard to know what is going on, on the side of the veil. We must be very diligent to seek the truth. Between all the contradictions in the world's religions, only one can be correct (or more correct than the others). There is only one reality in other words.
What makes you say he cannot figure out his own emotions?
I think if it wants worship then it is for emotional reasons.
I hope I'm not offending you in any way. The God topic can be very touchy for some people. I enjoy the discussions so disregard me if I make you uncomfortable in any way.
I guess what I'm trying to get at is that these other entities can derive power from our worship that will mostly likely be disadvantageous or harmful to us. Since we must be worshiping something, that worship should go toward the ultimate creator for our own good. I'm sure God might like it, but it is more for us than it is for him.
Ultimately we can't even fathom the true experience of the creator and that makes it very hard to make any kind of absolute assertion about him with certainty unless he decides to share that aspect with us.
I'm not at all offended. I'm not religious.
Why must we be worshipping something? My argument is that we don't need to worship and if people do, it is because they are being tricked by more evolved beings.
I think if the creator exists it would not want worship, it has much more intelligence than to request it.
I think worship is a product of religious people projecting their desires onto their god being/ creator.
