This is the Lovesniper Retention curation initiative aiming to retain those quality content creators after making their introduction posts. It was observed that after newbies made their introduction posts, their succeeding posts are often ignored. This initiative will hopefully encourage the newbies to continue posting quality content and interact with anyone in the community. As compilation posts are also done, this will highlight the newbies and will give the community an idea which newbie to look out for.

Yesterday, we went to visit our hometown up in the mountains. Our main objective was to check on our oldest aunt that had been gradually weakening due to old age plus some injuries in the past. Our grandparents don’t have any official record as to her exact date of birth but correlating to important events during the World War 2, she is said to be around 82 years old.

My husband has a Chevrolet C-10 pickup truck, which he converted for transportation, since the situation in the country is quite tough. After making these arrangements he formally registered it with a transportation company and was assigned to work for an indigenous community that is relatively close to where we live, about 45 minutes away. The community is called Mapiricurie.

My aunt who is my mother's eldest sister, the second child of either sibling, my mom was the 8th is someone who is dear and close to our hearts. My mother and her sister were best friends and inseparable. I remember growing up, my mom and this aunt whom we called "Ah Yi" would always spend a lot of time on the phone with each other, considering phone calls were expensive in those days and Ah Yi stayed in another state called Malacca, chatting and sharing a lot of things with each other. They would go on holidays with each other ever so often, and when we were back to their hometown, a town called Muar, in the state of Johor, down south of Malaysia, you could see their closeness.

People worldwide climb-on-board for the educational ride of their life, for some it's a bumpy ride, for others a fun-ride... yet others struggle to even get on-board altogether, depending upon their social, economic or environment situation.

Before I get overwhelmed with all the school stuff, my job and house chores I decided I will go out alone. I'm having milk tea. I want milk tea. That's the plan. If I see any Ramen place I want one too! (See, she knows why she's going out. She just wants to eat alone.)

The last days of August… Normally a very hot period, but last week we were surprised with several storms and cold weather. Not too bad for me, I like it when it cools down a bit. But the heavy wind and rain has destroyed my (flower) garden.
