SUMMARY
RIPPLE (XRP) is likely reaching for the 0.618 Fibonacci level. In pursuit of Bitcoin's lead, the chart below shows that the five waves of the red c wave has yet to be tagged. Given how Bitcoin is expected to target the $8k or $7,500 or so level; XRP is likely to generate a lower low.
Even if that lower low occurs, it may not necessarily signal the END of a correction as price could still just scrape that bottom for a while to come. You can see exactly how that happened prior on the left side of below chart. The length of that sideways movement was quite extended laterally. The same could repeat because that's how most Alcoins correct. Could it be different this time? Could the abc down as shown in the above chart signal the bottom and prices promptly start going up? Yes, but possible and probable are not the same. It's difficult for people to change their personalities...no different for coins.

So, when did you buy into XRP and how are those bags feeling right now?
I bought in at $0.19 after reading Haejin's take on XRP. At that time it made a triangular wxy fractal correction that took forever to finish but I never sold. I finally did at $2.4 and never looked back until today. I think the targets for long and short haven't changed he just made it smaller for people who expect instant results and throw a fit if it doesn't go their way. You can't trade when you can't own up to your decisions. I personally never liked XRP but in my opinion how I feel for a token doesn't really matter when it comes to making huge gains which is why I'm buying on the dip.
Come on @kelso, you made money on this but the latest predictions on ripple were all wrong. I respect @haejin analysis but i don't think he's infallible and if he was wrong we have to be honest and accept it.
On the other side i don't get people that is angry at him. I follow his blog, i enjoy his writing style and i think he did some very good predictions.
He's not a god, he's not a financial adviser. He's a very good blogger and WE are responsible for our investments.

But seriously, as the coin is adopted in the banking industry, it will surely be in recovery mode. At CES the CTO of Ripple said they already had 100 global banks signed on.
Early Feb it will be on coin square which is nice. I think that will help the coin a little. Maybe a decent buy out point if thats what people are waiting for. If not I think the price will jump when it does finally hit coinbase. I think the opportunity to make some money is still here for XRP. I was lucky to get in at .24, hoping for one more spike back up to sell off a good bit. I think crypto is meant to be decentralized, but xrp is definitely a good spot to make some money. Anyone have any suggestions on TRON or EOS??

The recent correction in the market, as well as some of the crypto bloggers on steemit, has convinced me to begin investing in crypto. So far I have $50 in Ripple and I will put $50 in Steemit soon, but I think I will wait until the current trend has had more time to decrease in value and purchase when it is at its lowest. Thanks for the informative post, as a minnow here on Steemit, I really appreciate the value that many content creators bring to the table as well as the genuine interest that people seem to have in a wide variety of topics.

I came to this point because of the M top and taking the height of the largest top and placing it at the bottom of the support line nearest the middle valley of the M and where it intersects both arms. I do believe in Ripple XRP.
Even though they are held by a private company, it has a lot of awesome features and technology. I think that even though the crypto community as a whole might not accept it, a fraction of the community will use it, and also the big partnerships Ripple yet has to announce may make it a worthwhile coin to keep an eye on.
Ripple is like a winding clock that get good news and nothing happens until one day it goes BOOM and shoot to the moon.
