I know you have been working hard at this for a while Steve. Thought this was interesting and perhaps something one could easily incorporate into their running routine.

Mental attitude definitely makes a difference. Interesting that it could affect race performance, but that isn't something I worry about

I use this sometimes through difficult parts of long-running races or training and I can confirm it works. I "discovered" it intuitively and it is great to see that it has some backup research and scientific explanations. Thank you!
