Nice. I've starting running again - only coach to 5k so far. Before the plague I used to be an avid gym goer and before that a running (well waddler really!)
The after a year of the pandemic we got Pippa Cockapoo - what a wonder. So walking took over. It has been a miracle to be spending more time in nature. But it does not take the place of the gym or running.
So I am doing more things now like mediation and yoga. Just a little. And am now 3 weeks into the Couch to 3k - which is a wonderful programme. As you have said, I am really finding my lungs don't perform like they used to! I'm sure they (may) come back but it is surprising how much fitness I have lost. Like all of it!
