Good job! I seriously don't know how you do to have enough discipline to do that for 600 days in a row.

Thank you! To be honest, I am a bit surprised myself that I manage to do it for so long... It all started as an experiment while I was reading Charles Duhigg's book: The Power of Habit. There you can find many tips and tricks on how to implement very difficult things as a regular habit. I chose "daily morning run" as a combination of two things that I knew will be difficult (wake up in the early morning vs I like to sleep, and regular daily running vs I was used to skipping training). Project "daily morning run" was adjusted into "daily run" after 416 morning runs. Now run (min 2 km) has to happen every day, but not necessarily in the morning. The trick is to use the right triggers and rewards for desired behavior (habit).
It's funny that you talk about this book because I read it last month! I'll try to implement their advice too
Yes, Duhigg rules! I really enjoyed how he used his own experience with "donut habit" 🍩 to explain triggers and rewards 😊
