Nice work ;-) That pace is now a comfortable one for me also, but it used to be something I could only cream of. So it is definitely a case of the more you do the better you get :-)
If you get a nice day in the weekend, try going for a 20km run (it's ok to walk bits of it). This should give you a kick start for the next plateau in your training.
I find after each really long run, like an ultra, that my running seems to just kick up another gear.

It's not so much that I enjoy the longer runs more, it's just that I see the biggest improvements after a long run. i wish I could get the same result from a short run. It would save me a bunch of time hehehe
It's a big commitment to take a couple of hours for a run, but I don't have too much to do at the weekend. Doing up to 10km does seem to work for me, but I need to face longer distances some time
