DLike is a brand new application built on the Steem Blockchain and which allows you to share your favorite links or images on both the native DLike site and on your SteemIt blog.
Another Way To Monetize Content
DLike is the next app in an ongoing series that allows you to monetize content by posting it to the Steem Blockchain.
Using DLike, there's no need to create your own content from scratch. You can simply share an interesting article or a photo you like with your readers.
In the announcement post, you can read:
The design of dlike is based on popular social media platform, Pinterest, where people share cool things and gain popularity.
How It Works
You can log into DLike through Steemconnect.
Once inside your account, you can simply click the 'Share' button. This will bring up two options:
The 'Share' option allows you to share a link to any website, by clicking the 'Upload' button, you can upload any image you want to share. In both cases, you are able to add your preferred title, description and tags.
This last features makes it much more personal than for example the Parley app, which adds the same description to any link you share.
If you choose to add a link, you only need to enter the URL to the website in the provided field. When you click 'Next', DLike will automatically fetch the image, title and description of that website.

To avoid the risk of plagiarism, you can easily edit both the title and the description and make it your own.
You can also add related tags in the same way as you do this on SteemIt.
Once you click 'Submit', a post will be shared on Dlike and on SteemIt. Next to the image, your chosen title and description, a link to the source will be added automatically.

Rewards
In the announcement post you can read the following information about the rewards system:
dlike has been built on a unique ranking system based on ABV( Account Based Voting ) which is inspired from another popular steem app @steemhunt. This ranking system is named as dworth and dlike has tried to make the ranking system even better by introducing the popularity of steem user (Number of followers).
Under this ranking system top ranked sharing on dlike will be rewarded on daily basis.
dlike will be rewarding all users who will be sharing new posts, writing new comments, upvoting and resharing cool content. For this dlike will be following the most lovable dtube.rewards idea by @dtube.
Future
DLike is now only available as a website, but the developers are working on mobile apps and a browser extension, to make monetizing content easier than ever.

Well, it sounds interesting, at least... looks like a cross between Pinterest and one of those "link curation" sites (like scoop.it).
I mostly hope it won't create a flood of very "thin" content; people posting 50-100 links a day...

I just hope it won’t flood SteemIt with links to news articles. It can be useful every once in a while (see my last post), but if I want to read the news, I’ll go read the newspapers ;0)
The actual long-form blogging is going to become less and less present if these sites keep popping up.

I did just now try it - not too impressed yet. The lack of "boards" as on Pinterest may make it relatively limited. (I could make it a home for my book/photo links as I've done on Pinterest.) It feels like an attempt to grab market back from Sola.
I'll keep an eye on it though - maybe as it develops, it will be a more obvious choice for me.

Sharing URL and content I understood but what is the value of Like token we have earned and how we can use it. I just started using it Yesterday and earned 45 Like tokens. So my query is how I can use them. Please answer.

The Like token is no different from the Steemhunt or the Actifit token. In March 2019, SMT's will be released, and then those tokens will probably be converted in a coin, like Steem.
