Black chocolate is one of the most delicious foodstuffs among people, mainly cocoa and sugar. In Europe, after the sixteenth century, it was known as the most consumer of chocolate according to the statistics of 2010 and 2011: Germany, Switzerland, Norway, Austria, France, United Kingdom Britain, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Belgium, and the United States Japan, Italy, the Republic of Ireland, Australia and Spain.
Chocolate lovers will thrill when they discover that chocolate has positive health effects! Studies have shown that dark chocolate (dark chocolate) has a beneficial role in maintaining cardiovascular health and moderate blood pressure, and also helps prevent cancer. It also improves mood by boosting the rate of the hormone "serotonin" in the brain. Black chocolate is a good source of antioxidants (polyphenols) that can help protect your body cells from damage and maintain good health. The higher the cocoa, the richer the antioxidants, and the higher the black chocolate the more benefits of ordinary chocolate or chocolate milk / white.
But all of the above benefits do not mean that we eat a large amount of chocolate! It still contains a high calorie and fat, so it is recommended to be treated moderately in a healthy and balanced diet.

As an add on to this, I have read that to really get the benefits you have to get dark chocolate bars that are at least 70% cacao.
Honestly, I have tried bars that were 90% but, I just could not get them down, but, this is just me.
