월요일 아침은 웬만하면 운동을 하려고 해요.
운동하러 가기까지는 너무 귀찮지만
운동 끝나고 샤워후 밖에 나갈때 느낄 수 있는
그 상쾌함이 꽤나 오래 지속되어서 도움이 됩니다. ^^

정말 힘든 월요일은 월차를 한번...ㅋㅋㅋㅋ
제 월요병 극복방법은 오히려 일요일에 신나게 노는겁니다. 오히려 반대로 너무 피곤해서 월요일 하루가 훅가더라구요ㅎㅎ 그리고 월요일 밤에 꿀잠을 잘 수 있습니다!

일요일 밤은 항상 늦게 자는것 같네요. 휴일 빨리지나가는게 아쉬워서 월요병은 월요일이 있는한 극복불가인것같습니다 그냥 월요일이 지나가도록 둬야죠 ㅎㅎ
아.. 제가 일요일에 잠 못 드는 이유가 휴일이 지나는게 아쉬워서 그런가 봅니다.
그럼 달력에서 월요일을 지워버리는 방법을 강구해야 겠군요.
월요일이 시작되기 전날 가급적 일찍 잠자리에 들려고 합니다. 그리고 월요일도 더 일찍 일어나서 출근하여 그날의 업무를 한번 점검하고나서 일과를 시작합니다. 그래야 몸이나 머리나 적응하는 것 같더라구요~

전 마음만 먹고 항상 일요일 밤 12시를 넘기고.. 자야지 자야지 하다보면 어느덧 새벽 한두시가... ㅠㅠ
