concerning YOUR department (HR), I don't care what the others say, I NEED you to succeed, which is why I sent you 1000 liquid steem to at least get your show started. I need to see the tools that you create in order to help cultivate our culture over time. Your department is not critical to most people here, because most are concerned about getting a job here or onboarding new people. both objectives have nothing to do with YOUR objectives: employee retention, and improvement.
