I'm sorry for commenting late my boss @dimimp, I actually wanted to comment last because I needed to see the reactions and opinions of the community members first, which is very important to me for the purposes of self evaluation and team evaluation.
Of what use will be our efforts, if the community we're working tirelessly for does not appreciate our efforts? I'm impressed that 99% of the reactions and comments showed love and support for what the Human Resource department is doing and for what we're trying to achieve.
I was also waiting for Lordjames' response on the question you asked as I'm not desperate about getting the Steem. What matters more to us is accountability and results. Since he has agreed that you send the steem directly to me, then you can go ahead and send it.
I keep telling my team mates @ungest and @ninoh22 each time I have a meeting with them, that I want us to strive for excellence and make a difference. That we shouldn't focus on the prize but on the price first. And most importantly, I keep telling them to not let your efforts and sacrifices to be a waste, that was our driving force.
Personally, I feel that you've invested so much into Steemjet for one to still think of it as some sort of a joke, this is a business, this is a community, this is an organization, this is an industry, this is an empire.
And most importantly, I want to announce that Steemjet is a Brand. And we're selling it. And we cannot sell a bad product for people. We have to give them the best!
I and my team members are deeply grateful to you for approving our proposal, for extending my contract and for the promise of promotion.
We'll not relent our efforts in doing our best, and if we fail at a particular task, we will try again and again, until we achieve it.

concerning YOUR department (HR), I don't care what the others say, I NEED you to succeed, which is why I sent you 1000 liquid steem to at least get your show started. I need to see the tools that you create in order to help cultivate our culture over time. Your department is not critical to most people here, because most are concerned about getting a job here or onboarding new people. both objectives have nothing to do with YOUR objectives: employee retention, and improvement.
So keep focusing on what you are doing, and keep me posted on what I am doing (keeping track of all those space cadets I hired!)
