that your requirement is i have to upload same pic in 7 day (Present one image every day for 7 days) what it means actually ..make me clear please.

Not a requirement, this isn't a contest with a prize. It's an activity to do with friends. You can start doing it on your own as well. The idea behind it is to share an image from your life each day in black and white, then tag someone else to also get them to participate.
