The More the Merrier Shadows
This week's contest will pay out at least 5 Steem in prizes.
The contest this week is for shadows of groups of people. How many people Shadows can you find? To make it merrier let's put the minimum number of shadows at 3!
Remember to keep the main focus of your picture on the shadow! After all, this is a shadow contest!
Also, a reminder that reflections are not shadows!
To get your photo to show up in the comments, you have to post the link to your post AND the link to your photo. It makes it easier to remember what you posted if we don't have to keep clicking the link and it gets more attention for your photo.
If you have an idea and a sample photo for a topic and would like to be a guest judge, please let me know!

The Prize will be at least 5 Steem, divided between no more, and possibly less than 10 winners, who will be chosen by me, or a judge selected by me.
One submission per person
Any upvotes and resteems are appreciated!
You can create a post using the tag shadowphoto but the photo or link MUST be posted in the comments here as well.
Feel free to use editing and effects to create a special look if you want. Phone photos are great!
The photo must be your original work. NEVER use photos that you find on the internet!
Submissions will no longer be accepted after the post has payed out in 7 days.
A Hint. Since this is a week long contest, if you publish a post with your entry, you may want to enter on the last few days of the contest. That way your post is still live and can be upvoted when the winners are announced.

Hi Melinda! Thanks for replying. I was at the discord today and was asking whether I could use the laptop to post my blog thru eSteem.. my problem is the app on my mobile..I am having a hard time posting anything. Is there a preview mode if I use the app ' cause I can't seem to see what images I have uploaded? And besides, there are green pointers ( yoo many apoeared) that are annoying when I write the draft of my post.. Hoping to hear some tips from you.. Thanks in advance!
When you are creating a post with the app, up at the top next to the word publish, there is the image of an eye. That will allow you to see the post you are creating. Click the eye again to go back and continue working. Hope that helps?
Are you using the new V2 app on your mobile? It is still in testing and has not yet been released, so you may find a few glitches. But be patient. It will be updated and released very soon. I saw where you said you downloaded Surfer onto your laptop? Is that working out well for you?

No. Not a mistake! I have both v2 and the old one on my phone and because I am so comfortable with the old one I have not spent nearly enough time learning to use V2. You will be far ahead of me, and I'll be coming to ask you questions about how to use it!

There are reflection photos entered each week and I always upvote them, but can't consider them for contest winners. I do love reflections, too though. There can be shadows on water, it just depends where the sun is.
This is a hard one. I have to look around, but I might sit this one out 😕

I can only speak for myself and I don't photograph people because I respect privacy very much. But who knows, maybe others find this easy and suitable.
It definitely depends on the situation! The four people in my second photo are my grandson and his friends and I asked if I could take a picture of the Shadows. The first photo I figure if you're walking down the sidewalk beating on a drum you might be looking for some attention! So I didn't feel bad about taking that one at all - although I did blurr it out a bit so that their faces are not as recognizable since they were kids!
Of course there are different situations when you can take the shot and other times you can't.
