You can stop any delegation whenever you want to. There is no rules about it at all.
What is the return on let's say 100 delegations? What do you get in return? what about leaderboard advantage? How much do you get for leaderboard?

Being on a leaderboard doesn't seem worth a missing 15% to me, I'm afraid.
