Your welcome, Glad you connected with my blog.
It's important to remember that we are not our emotions. We are a channel for them. The English language misrepresent that by saying things like "I am angry" instead of "I have anger". Yeah me too, I get angry at injustices in the and in my personal life.
Well I feel the biggest problem with therapy is that it focuses too much on the problem. instead of what you want to create to replace it with.
It can be overwhelming but it is also very doable. You just need to find something to create that will use that energy. For me it's working out every morning.
Also another technique is to starting saying things in a way were it can change and is believable. Like For me I have anger sometimes. Or I am angry sometimes.
I will check out your blogs. Thanks for telling your story. I appreciate it.
