One comment on black swans - these risks are either impossible to predict or too resource intensive to attempt to predict or prepare for. In Taleb’s own words this is reason enough to forego this attempt and instead aim to become antifragile. GSM, global cooling and the first, second (and likely third) order effects are predictable, thus there’s no excuse for not preparing for them - that is beside the criminality of governments and the elites and the braindead public’s attitude and lack of critical thinking.
