En mi opinión Verdant brewing Co, es una de las mejores cerveceras de todo el Reino Unido, y eso es mucho decir, ya que el nivel de cerveza artesana que hay en archipiélago inglés es altísimo. El mejor de Europa diría yo.
Verdant me ha cautivado desde el principio a base de excelentes cervezas. Especialmente IPA, pero también tiene alguna negra para volverse loco.
Verdant Brewing Co. es una fábrica independiente ubicada en Penryn, Cornwall. Fue fundada en 2014 por James Heffron y Adam Robertson, a los que se uniría posteriormente Richard White en 2016. Los tres han elevado a esta marca al olimpo cervecero.
La cerveza que os muestro hoy es la Cheeky Westy. En colaboración con Green Cheek Beer Comapany. Palabras mayores también. Desde Orange en Estados Unidos, estos chicos tampoco se quedan mancos y están considerados unos verdaderos maestros de la cerveza artesana. Par mí, se encuentran en el TOP 10. De la unidos de estos dos gigantes no podía salir nada malo.
Esta WEST COSAT IPA es una verdadera locura. Con 7º de alcohol, la cerveza parece pura ambrosía. Combina lo mejor de los dos mundos de las IPA. Fruta y amargor en magnífico equilibrio. Los verdaderos protagonistas son los lúpulos: Chinook, Mosaic y Nectaron. Mucho cítrico y resina, suavizados por los sabores frutales.
Lamento decirte que esta cerveza es una edición limitada que no se puede adquirir, pero te invito a que busques cualquiera de Verdant. No te defraudará.

I'm sorry to say this beer is a limited edition and cannot be purchased, but I encourage you to look for any Verdant. You won't be disappointed.
