Hi Resilient!
The start of the day is a very important moment, facing it with energy and optimism can make a difference.
I am particularly hard to get up in the morning, and I will tell you the habits I follow to make it easier, more enjoyable and enjoyable at the beginning of the day.

DRINK WATER
When we wake up we take about 8 hours sleeping and our body is adapting after many hours of muscle relaxation.
If we wake up and drink about 10 drinks of water, we will cause our body to start working right away and this will cause us to wake up faster. It is a very simple way to prepare our body internally for the start of the day.
LISTEN TO MUSIC
It's amazing how you can improve your mood music. It is highly effective to listen to music in the morning, select songs that are cheerful and give you energy and unconsciously you will get it.
It is not the magic pill to take the dream off but it helps an awful lot. It is the sum of these small details that makes the difference.
MAKE STRETCHES
No need to spend a lot of time, I take about 2 minutes at the beginning of the day to stretch the back, neck, arms and legs. I avoid getting bent back from good morning and possible discomfort if I have not slept well all that night.
It's only 2 minutes but believe me it's very worth investing.
THANKS
Some people meditate in the mornings and I am sure it is a very potentiating habit. In my case, I do not do meditation but I spend another 2 minutes in feeling grateful for everything I have.
Ask yourself why you should feel grateful and give yourself the pleasure of remembering, feeling, and giving value. Enjoying what you are, have and feel at the beginning of the day exponentially increases the chances that you are in a good mood and energetic. I do not think you do not have 2 minutes!
And you, do you have any other trick? I would be delighted to meet you!
Be happy!
Sorry I really wanted to know what you post so I translated it to English it was a very nice post in the morning
