Any user can provide distributed storage services of content files in the Network either using their local hard drives

The more the Content Storage Nodes the faster it should get, right?

What happens in case there's only a few initial users that store the files on their hard drives, to which extent would it affect the speed?

In that case, we're actually acting as CDN edge servers?
