This is pretty of-putting for new players, as the free reward cards are the only affordable means for people not willing to spend hundreds of Dollars on a pay2win game with the high DEC price as is and from season end rewards they won't get that many chests because they will not be able to afford the power or the cards to gain a higher rank.
