Some people enjoy to exercise with their own weight only. To increase difficulty of the moves like push ups they either increase the speed or decrease it. The routine becomes time-consuming and long with time. If you are in this sittuation and you want to improve your shape even further, you need to increase difficulty. That's why I recommend a weighty vest or a load vest.
It is very useful for dynamic training. Squats or power squats with jumps. Push ups, lunges, running.
You can buy the one with changeable weight. This will open you more possibilities when training as you will be able to lower the weight for a specific exercise. I recommend 24 kilos for 70kg man. Below is the one I own.
