Yep, I’ve been trying to get my fellow hockey card collectors into here. Not much success so far. Going to keep trying!
Good job! Thanks to @cryptkeeper17 you have planted 0.05 tree to save Abongphen Highland Forest in Cameroon. Help me to plant 1,000,000 trees and share my Steem Power to the others. Selfvoting is prohibited, but that should be the reason to spread the world to protect our precious environment. Check out profile of our conservation association @kedjom-keku and the founder/coordinator @martin.mikes to get more information about our conservation program. My current SP is 14498.18. Help me to plant more trees with your delegated SP.
Thanks a lot,

Why in the world would collectors not want to get in here. Especially at the ground floor level. I was trying to sell two Kris Bryant cards as a trial to see if there were any interest on here to start selling off the miniature shop inventory I have. They would usually bring $1.50-$3 (average) each time listing them for a penny and free shipping. I started the bidding at 0.01sbd. Yep, one steemdollar cent. I wind up getting paid like 0.30sbd for the listing with no bids. So, I was paid at the time like $2 in value to send those who voted the picture of the cards and received nothing else in return. I wanted to send them the cards in the mail, but they didn't want to fork over 6-7 cents in value. Oh well, I think collectors will really see the light on a platform like this. Amazon started by selling books online in a new way. Wonder if anyone can take over ebay for the same role anytime soon?
Would be nice to not have to pay eBay 10%, plus PayPal fees.
When I tell my fellow collectors about Steemit, I usually get The I do t have time excuse, or they think this site is a scam.
Blogging to get paid? It sounds too good to be true. Or is it?
