Here I demonstrate a Single Legged Stiff Deadlift - sit your hip back, soft knee, weight in your heel. Squeeze your glutes and hamstrings on the standing leg! Using the same leg sit your hips back, extend your leg ahead of yourself and lower into a pistol squat aka single legged squat.
