Ive been looking for a new way to challenge my body in my workouts. So i'm adding this!
You make this look so easy, but i know it'll kick my ass the first time... first week. Damn even the first MONTH of trying it!

It's a lot of balance so be patient with yourself, have a wall or sturdy chair close by too. So happy to offer you something new to try out, I'd love to hear how you liked it!
