It was a freaky fabulous Saturday, so I had to do one of the things I know how to do best, playing the Round leather game(Soccer). Yah, am a football junkie! Winks...
As a Law student and a blogger, sometimes when am not in the Library flipping pages of age long laws, or running my fingers through my gadgets trying to scribble some notes, I invest my other moments in keeping fit for my Football Team. The game needs consistent training and dedication, if one is to sustain his place in the starting lineup, and give his best.
I love attacking, so my coach will have to play me as an attacking midfielder. Am not just a BARCELONA Fan, I share their philosophy in the game, so I enjoy knocking the TIKI-TAKA* . The game is fun.

Health is wealth they say, You sure don't wanna pretend like You don't know. Apart from the fun that is tailored in playing games or engaging in any sporting activity, the health benefits are immense.
Building Stamina and Strong Muscles:
Yah, exercises or sporting activities goes a long way in helping us gain stamina and stronger muscles.
When you run and stretch, jump and swim, you try to maintain balance, being conscious of the plain you're running/jumping on so you don't twist your ankle or skid off the track, your body time starts adjusting to this movements.
With time, You will only feel how good your body is when you are are pushed or pulled unexpectedly, it's gonna help you react faster and hold yourself from falling, or reducing the gravity of the fall.
Health Benefits
Well, I need not be a doctor or medical professor to know that exercise is one of the best means to stay healthy and in good body condition.
I don't wanna go into a detailed anatomical
and phisiological benefits of exercises, however
I would love to mention that it helps to regulate the body metabolism. So as you continue dieting and praying to God for better health, you too have a little task to do... Exercises!
Often times, people neglect the importance of sports. They will pursue money from Monday to Sunday, no time to deflect their stress and check their fitness. Remember, if you sideline your body and pursue the vanity of this life, you may not be able to enjoy it. Start Exercising Today.
Body Structure or Stature.
I've seen many men growing pot-belly within some few years after marriage, I've also seen lots of women lose their shape just because they gave birth to a baby.
And I keep wondering if it's totally a natural phenomenon, or it's a reflection of contributory negligence on their part. With time, I came to realize that some people have this notion that their structure or stature is not really relevant after marriage, especially ladies.
They seem to forget that men are visual beings, well, nature made them so. Don't stop or abandon workouts and calisthenics after marriage, you're taking a risk, continue looking watching your shape, and your husband's admiration can only grow.
Apart from the above mentioned benefits, sports or exercises also help in boosting mental agility. It helps our sexuality and also helps us respond to stimuli.

As a medical student i am, i will say you nailed it.
To add to what you have said, sport and exercise boost the immune system(part of the system of the body responsible for protecting humans from microorganisms that have the potency or ability of causing disease). It also prevents diabetes by making insulin receptor (associated with insulin a hormone that is involved in regulating blood sugar level ) more sensitive. obessed people usually come down with diabetes because their insulin receptor is not sensitivie enough to insulin, by doing enough exercise and reducing body fats, the receptor become sensitive and hence performs it job of reducing blood sugar level. Sport and exercise really have alot of advantages. Lovely post.
