I have a really good one if you don't have equipment, get a chunk of 2x4 a screwdriver and a 2" wood screw , force the screw into the 2x4 using the screw driver, then unscrew it and repeat in another spot on the 2x4, great for your hands and forearms and you can do it while you watch dank memes on the internet.
