RE: SPS Governance Proposal - Offer Land "Starter Packages" for Sale by Burning DEC / DEC-B

Problems I see with this:

1. Still pay to speed up.

2. Still don't know what these will be used for and how valuable they will be.

I am still inclined to vote NO to this proposal unless I see the land whitepaper.
