Very true @vwovwe I simply will not expect a fast pace of development in the country if everyone plans to leave. There has to be a change of mindset. For instance, nobody wants to pay taxes here in the country, even when they can, but when they go outside the homeland they wont think twice foot thier responsible bills, they will pay with all their heart. Though the government still has a big role to play, but they won't play that role untill we fight for a change for development and not running away. Steemon!
