I clearly do not like the ending to this option so I suggest my ending :-)
Option 1
Seeing the teams that chose this option as the best survivalists, the mob decides to tag along offering the teams everything in their possession and their lives as servants and human shields. Teams that chose this option will now be carried through the challenge on a makeshift litter and will be protected from hazards and starvation by their minions

Normally they would have made the jump, but their ice cream sandwiches weighed them down just enough to send them plummeting to their doom, RIP teams

Ending has been submitted for review and unfortunately we will have to continue with the predetermined outcomes.
I am still developing this and have some plans to make Season 4 even better. I will try to extend gameplay for all while still not restricting the number of teams that can play.
You alternate ending was great to read though! Thanks for that.

Thanks @papa-pepper for a chance to participate in your fantastic game. What an awesome way to get the community participating together. I had fun, even if I was amongst the first teams to die. I think I can speak for @madein-hisimage when I say Team KWIK THINKERS will be back again for season four. Best of luck to the teams still going!
I'll try to implement certain changes in the next season to increase the duration of gameplay for the teams without restricting the number of teams that can play.
