You forgot to mention that I was the one that actually attracted you to Dash.
I completely disagree with you on the matter of having No votes with Dash. Having the ability to vote no in a decentralized matter allows for rebuttal for a proposal allowing argument and building a case to show holes in a Proposal that should not pass.
As for the 1 MV for the ability to vote, that is far too little. $489 is not a large enough impact to show that you have a stake in the community. You might want you investment to grow rapidly but having such little stack is not worth voting. If you were wanting voting for a proposal especially a value if $200,000 a month, you have to have WAY LARGER stack in steam like 10 MV or even 50 MV.
When reading this I might have missed something but, what about the fact of creating this steem? Is it coming from the 50% reduction of the top 20 witnesses?
All and all it is an interesting idea, however, it would need to be strictly different. I would think that more than just the wittnesses would have to vote on an idea such as this. Also, would this act upon being steems 20th, even 21st maybe even involved in the 22nd Hard fork?
What's your point?
1MV, 10MV or 50MV... all sound like arbitrary numbers. None of you have explained the reasons why a certain amount would be better than another.
Maybe it's the 10% net votes from masternodes requirement that is the problem.
well there are 4700 active masternodes....
Ok, didn't know there is that much. So, I guess this means that until you get 2239 MN no votes there are still some chances of a positive outcome.
