Dash’s one fatal flaw in its budget proposal system is the ability for no votes to cancel yes votes while requiring 10% net votes from masternodes which allows those downvoting to effectively have twice the vote of a yes voter and ruin projects that might add a lot of value.
Maybe it's the 10% net votes from masternodes requirement that is the problem.
well there are 4700 active masternodes....
Ok, didn't know there is that much. So, I guess this means that until you get 2239 MN no votes there are still some chances of a positive outcome.
