THINK... "You ran out of RC power up..." OH WAIT... Powering Up is a TX and that costs RC... SO its a catch 22... So you are told to just fuck off... A new member will just leave... But hey you can loose people like me who have $100ks invested here to then loose the 1 out of 200k people who even listen to you in "real" life to join here after they wait 3 weeks to get approved... THEN they are told they have to SPEND MONEY!!! Man you think people are going to do that??? Go tell people they have to pay for their account and usage and the people who actually are invested you kick off and basically talk down to and make feel stupid... REALLY smart move! Its genius! Those of us like me who have REAL $ invested in STEEM leave and you get 0 new users! Sounds like the platform is fucking DEAD! Oh and the guy who made it @dan LEFT too for this very reason... Handing out your steem to minnows doesn't sound like a bad idea at all. I say go for it! That would be awesome.
Much of the problems you mention new members have to face only exist if people are unwillingly to step up and vote. Refusing to do so is intentionally holding them back. Now, more than ever, curation is important. If people aren't willing to do that, who's to blame? If you'd like to see them succeed, do something. If you don't want to see them succeed, do nothing.
I'll try to help people as much as I can, within reason, little by little. I'm not interested in telling you what to do.

If you're making the conscious decision to intentionally waste your resources, so you can find reasons to complain, I'm not going to feel sorry for you. You could have said something worthy of an upvote from me or anyone else reading, received an upvote, or more than one; from there you would have more resources than you do now PLUS you'd be setting yourself up to have even more resources to use in the future because that vote would lead to more SP. This isn't rocket science you guys. Please don't respond and waste more resources. There's no need. Minnows who actually put in effort will succeed. Simple. Good luck to you.
