no its not gambling, when you change here, you wait 3.5days.
I'm still not sure at what rate, the moment you click or 3.5 days later ?
But if you open a trading account, you set the price. I just did it:
3 hours ago Transfer 8.621 SBD to bittrex
16 minutes ago Receive 6.455 STEEM from bittrex

    I'm in Canada though.. donno the rules etc..I only heard of one exchange in Vancouver. BTW my good friend about 25 years older goes to Panama regularly.
