Holiday weekends most likely will show an abundance of unhealthy diet choices. So choice 1.
I choose option 4... probably not tomorrow either!
The answer depends on the diet... so low carb diet, low fat diet, low sodium diet, high protein diet, Mediterranean diet, paleo diet, juice cleanse diet, periodic fasting diet, or some other diet?
With all the potential choices I'll choose #2! :-)

i'm going forward with my diet, but not enought
I'm eating my own rye bread, and every day drink some DIY oat millk.
I have had a smoothie and and a salad. I am going a no meat diet to see if will help my allergies and overall well being. So far it is working.
I'd go with option 3 but with the holiday tomorrow I doubt I'll have a healthy eating day till Tuesday.

well soso i had scottish breakfast grilled,then i had piece of melon this afternoon and planning to have salmon and broccoli quiche with salad this evening.
of course I did
I had bacon, beer, booze and cigars.

I think a BLT is a nice lite brunch...a hearty wheatie bread, a fresh tomato, crisp romaine and a decent bacon packaged from smithfield, well drained...miracle whip lightly spread. It was pretty fab, coffee and water...making baked chicken for dinner , served with salad and baked potato.
