I hope you will consider getting involved with freewrite by @mariannewest. We are always looking out for poets and are very supportive. @wandrnrose7 creates a digest of poetry, and we also have contests. It's a really good group of people over there.
It is not easy to get established here as a writer or poet, but I think you can find an audience if you persevere.
I'm part of the freewrites community, though I have been a bit inactive. My focus this month is on capacity building and helping other upcoming steemians with my delegated steem power. I promise to stop by to interact with other members and support in my own little way

Freewrite is such a good place to post your creativity! It's only 5 minutes to write and maybe 15 minutes tp publish from start to finish. I have seen so many new people succeed here by using it. Even if you do not do it yourself, please be on the lookout for others who can benefit. We cannot be steemit bloggers if we do not blog. A consistent daily post is the most important thing we can do.
You could point them to the freewrite and the @freewritehouse. we do lots of things for newbies to participate, to win SBI and upvotes :) together, we can grow everything and everybody 👍
