Yeah, it has been disabled for so long now that I've stopped counting it. As soon as they re-enable, I'll happily add them back :)

No idea. I've reached out a few times and received no response.
thats incredibly odd, they responded to me over XRP. rumor has it, they just launched there own Cryptocurrency too. I see no reason why they shouldn't trade STEEM.
