Okay this is the part that always gets me, My 4 opened the door, and that would also be the first zombie, so it looks like a Walker, Rolling for the northeast room @rollthedice.

The 4 opens the door, which means you now need to ROLL to determine what zombie is in each room. The door-opening roll does not determine the first zombie.

Actually, by doing that, I got the rolls out of order. YOUR last roll was a 3, so the SE room (room with the door) should use that 3 to give a walker. THEN my roll of 5 kills the walker. NOW the rolls and the actions match in their order.
Thanks for fixing it for me, I almost forgot, so time for bed now. Will check board tomorrow.
Not all zombies are dead. The hulk 2 north is just injured.
